At LuvLee Charcuterie and Chill, we strive to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience for all workshop attendees. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Refund Policy

• Cancellations 7+ Days Before the Workshop: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.

• Cancellations 3-6 Days Before the Workshop: You may receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future workshop (subject to availability).

• Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours Before the Workshop: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying us in advance.

2. Rescheduling & Ticket Transfers

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with the new attendee’s name.

• We may allow rescheduling for a future workshop on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

3. Workshop Cancellations by Us

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low attendance, weather, or emergencies), you will receive:

• The option to attend a future workshop at no extra cost.

• A full refund if you prefer not to reschedule.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your scheduled workshop without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
